Wendy studied Psychology at the University of Aberdeen before completing an MSc in Health Psychology at University of Stirling. She is now starting her PhD journey at Stirling University and is interested in addiction research, health inequalities and behaviour change. Wendy is particularly interested in looking at the impact of greenspace in reducing drug/alcohol use in young people. Her ESRC-funded project is entitled “How might access to, and engagement with, diverse forms greenspace support reductions in the use of alcohol and drugs among young people in Scotland?”.
