The Scottish Government launched the new Alcohol Framework, which sets out the aims for alcohol prevention, on 20 November 2018. The Framework was launched by the Minister for Public Health, Sport and Wellbeing, Joe Fitzpatrick, during the 8th European Alcohol Policy Conference, hosted by the Scottish Health Action on Alcohol Problems (SHAAP) along with Eurocare at the Royal College of Physicians Edinburgh.
