Professor Jonathan Chick, Medical Director at Castle Craig Hospital, will be giving a lecture at Edinburgh Napier University on the 11th January 2017.
The lecture is entitled: Addiction Treatment and Outcomes and will explore how different views of addiction shape the support which is offered. It will attempt to disentangle the views of patients and therapists and discuss how attending to ‘the illness’ as well as the symptoms will promote recovery.
Doors open at 5.30pm / Lecture begins at 6pm followed by a Q&A.
A reception will follow at 7pm
